What Our 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Limited Warranty Includes


  • Applies to Eligible In-House Repairs Only: Coverage is specific to repairs completed directly by our technicians at Midway Auto Care.
  • No Additional Cost: This limited warranty is provided free of charge with qualifying repair services.
  • Parts and Labor Protection: Coverage includes both parts and labor up to the amount shown on your original invoice.
  • Local Peace of Mind: This is an in-house warranty and is not part of a nationwide repair network.

Midway Auto Care Warranty Disclaimer
12-Month / 12,000-Mile Limited Warranty


Warranty Coverage & Limitations

  • Midway Auto Care provides a limited warranty on qualifying repairs and parts for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • This warranty applies only when both parts and labor are supplied and installed by Midway Auto Care.
  • Warranty service is available only at Midway Auto Care. The vehicle must be returned to our facility for any warranty-related work.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the vehicle owner listed on the original repair invoice.
  • Midway Auto Care reserves the sole right to determine whether a failure qualifies for warranty coverage.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Customer-supplied parts (no warranty applies).
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including towing, loss of use, rental expenses, or lost wages.
  • Pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures not tied to the original repair.
  • Wear-and-tear components such as brakes, belts, fluids, filters, wiper blades, batteries, and tires.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, racing, off-road use, or lack of required maintenance.
  • Repairs performed by third parties may void any existing warranty on the affected part or system.


Maintenance Requirements

  • Customers must maintain the vehicle per manufacturer recommendations to retain warranty eligibility.
  • Required documentation includes dates and mileage for oil changes and fluid services.
  • Records from independent or dealership service centers are acceptable.
  • Lack of proper maintenance documentation may void the warranty.


Customer Responsibilities & Fees

  • A $300 deductible applies per warranty claim and is due before covered repairs are performed.
  • Additional customer responsibilities include a HAZMAT disposal fee: 5% of the total invoice (minimum $5).
  • Shop supplies fee: 6% of the total invoice (minimum $10).
  • Diagnostic fees regardless of warranty coverage.
  • Towing/transport if the vehicle is not drivable.
  • These fees will be disclosed in all estimates and invoices in accordance with Illinois law.


Warranty Claim Process

  • The vehicle must be returned to Midway Auto Care for evaluation.
  • The customer must provide relevant maintenance records.
  • Midway Auto Care will determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
  • If the claim is approved, the $300 deductible must be paid before repairs begin.
